You need to convert your file to curves or outlines before uploading.

RESOLUTION:

Best Quality: 300 DPI (dots per inch)
Minimum: 150 DPI (dots per inch)

COLOR PROFILE:

Accepted color profile: CMYK

PLEASE NOTE: Orders are printed CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Black).
CMYK is often called four-color printing.
WE DO NOT CHANGE THE COLORS OF UPLOADED FILES.
We CANNOT color match gradients, drop shadows and faded images.

PAPER PRINTING SETUP:

–WITHOUT FULL BLEED
ALL files MUST BE CREATED WITH A FULL BLEED!
We automatically trim 0.1″ or 0.125″ off of ALL edges, creating the finished size.
Do not add crop marks, registration marks or color bars.

–WITH FULL BLEED
Add 0.0625” (or 1/16”) to each edge of document. Example: a 4”x6” would have a bleed size of 4.125”x6.125”.
Do not add crop marks, registration marks or color bars.
